Here are a few readings we found interesting for you this week. These stories comes from New Zealand, Finland and Missouri (USA).

First, Katrina Clokie from New Zealand explains how to start a test coach role: avoid assessment, initiate interviews, find focus (communicate, communicate and communicate again) and measure success.

Then, on the interview side, Maaret Pyhäjärvi explains how different candidates would answer to the simple test of a text field depending on their experience and testing maturity.

Finally, Michael Fritzius tells his story of how he learns things about automation framework when he received 40 pounds of Lego.
